Brian is a senior supply chain and manufacturing executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience driving operational excellence, organizational transformation, and profitable growth across manufacturing, transportation, logistics, and technology sectors. He brings deep expertise in global supply chain strategy, procurement, demand planning, S&OP, and large-scale operations management.

Prior to joining Paris, Brian served as Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain at Align Precision. He has successfully transformed the company from a build-to-order job shop into a scalable continuous manufacturing operation, doubling revenue from $32 million to $65 million within three years.

Previously, Brian founded and served as Chief Operations Officer of Burch Logistics, a last-mile delivery company supporting Amazon operations. He rapidly scaled the startup to over $1 million in revenue within six months.

Brian also held senior leadership roles at Motorola and Amtrak, where he built and led complex, large-scale supply chain organizations. As Deputy (Vice President) of Supply Chain at Amtrak, he established the company’s first centralized supply chain organization, overseeing 350 employees and $500 million in annual spend. His tenure was marked by substantial operational improvements, including $8–10 million in annual procurement savings, a 48% reduction in inventory reserves, and a 22% reduction in freight costs. He also implemented enterprise-wide S&OP processes and advanced planning systems that significantly improved service levels and inventory performance.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics/Supply Chain from Pennsylvania State University and has completed executive education in Designing and Leading Competitive Supply Chains.
